These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 188jl Casino ("188jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 188jl website located at https://188jl.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 188jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

You must notify 188jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. 188jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

188jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

188jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash – instant e-wallet deposits
• PayMaya / Maya – instant e-wallet deposits
• Bank Transfer – BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 188jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All funds deposited into your 188jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 188jl reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payment is suspected.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 188jl processes withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya typically within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 Philippine banking business days.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 188jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

188jl does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times stated are estimates and may be affected by payment provider processing schedules, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.

Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified systems and are not influenced by 188jl or any third party.

188jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 188jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 188jl staff or other players.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 188jl's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

188jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 188jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
